I only say sleeper hit because the demo absolutely blew chunks of ***. After spending the weekend playing Red Faction Guerrilla, I can safely say I very happy to have been wrong about the demo. Red Faction was a huge name years back in the PC world. The 360 version (I assume the PS3 version will be as awesome) is a marvel.

If anything, RFG is a technical marvel. The way buildings collapse and everything breaks is amazing. EVERYTHING IS DESTRUCTABLE. Every building, vehicle, and object is at the mercy of your bombs.

I don't know how to describe this other than... GTA + Mercinaries + Blow **** up + Total Recall. Open worlds, great weapons, killer multiplayer, WIN.

Do it.
