You could tell he wasn't 100% wonder just how good he is right now?
-
I don't think his primary issue was physical.
-
I thought you could tell he was ailing.
-
He will say that until he leads the league in rushing. lol
-
I remember a specific run to the left where he cut back to the right and was clearly being more ginger with the knee. He stutter stepped to decelrate and get going again instead of planting hard.
-
Hes playing on a gimpy knee. Nothing 'mental' about that. Its the body saying im not right. I hope Disgustipate isnt insinuating Bush problem is more mental than physical. Personally im holding Jets responsible. If they Didnt sound off about the 'sauce' crap then I wouldnt think twice but its out there due to big mouths and almost blatant threats. Like Bush said about Revis.....what goes around comes around...throw Holmes into the pot as well. Serves them right.

if he's not a 100% Philbin won't play him in this week's game.
-
Can tell he's hurting too by how limited he's been looking.
-
Whats the mental aspect? I guess fear? Of taking a serious hit and ending it all career wise? I think every player has that fear atleast once or twice throughout the game. However in the Cards game I thought Bush looked limited physically. The knee was still an issue and I think it will be for a few weeks but like Adrian Peterson he will play through it. Peterson after four weeks is finally starting to get his game back despite the ACL tear last December. Bush will be ok but he's got to play through the injury and thats never an easy thing to do. Miller, Thomas, and Lane are there to back him up...Our running game will be fine.
-
Not fear of injury, he just doesn't have great vision. He'll miss cutback lanes, he's just really physically talented and can bail himself out to where it's generally a minor issue. Maybe this week it stuck out more because a decrease in physical ability due to injury made it more problematic, but I think it's still his responsibility to realize it and not do some of the stuff he did that resulted in losses.
