Start watching Nascar. It may not be anywhere near as exciting, but if you can convince your better half that you watch it religiously just like you do football... you'll be all set. Best part is... Nascar usually runs every sunday (sometimes saturday nights) from today... until (and after) football season returns. So really, you're all set.

Thanks but she knows better. She tried to get me to go to the Boat Show, normally 10 minutes away. Now, it would take over an hour to get there, another hour to find a parking place, to look at things I have no shot at buying.
Macy's is a block away from the Convention Center. It did cost me but, it was money well spent. :) -

I've taken up non-football related hobbies such as photography and beer making. I immediately replaced football with them both and started doing some amateur shooting.
Or, if you game......you could always open of the pandora's box that is World of Warcraft. I wouldn't recommend it....but sometimes you just need something stronger. -

Great Ideas! Making beer, and amateur shooting. Make a great batch, and put the CBA in the center of the target. Guaranteed, I would rip that target to shreds, and then you can take a pic to send to the Comish.
