i agree with a previous post, as much as i want Thigpen, if we can do this, pull the trigger now! keep that 2nd round pick and take someone else. the more holes we fill in FA the less we have to reach come the draft.
Gailey reportedly wants him in Buffalo. If so, if Ireland floats a Thigpen for Rogers trade out there, he might be able to entice a bidding war and drive the price for him up a bit more. I would hate to trade Thigpen within the division, but if the idea of it pushes his worth up and causes Cleveland to pony up I'm all for it.
