IF he can go with anything less than a major surgery. - ESPN
They just said he sent x-rays to the the vikes

The lady on espn went on to say how Elway played and won the Super Bowl with the same injury.
She(lady on espn Injury expert) made it seem like the surgery if done wouldn't be anything major.

I wish he would have stayed with the Jets. That's too bad. We dont' play the Vikings this season either.

Why does Brett Favre hate football fans so much?

Why won't he just call it a career and move on to full time Wrangler spokesman?

Why is five o clock taking so goddam long to get here?

i'd say he really must hate packer fans if he joins the vikes

because he thinks he can still play. one day he will not be able to.

it's 5 o clock somewhere (omg lolz landshark stadium FTW roxers roxers woot)

What is this world coming to? Brett Favre is back (again x4), the Dolphins are now playing in a stadium that reads landSHARK and Kevin Smith says the Lions will make the playoffs next year. :pity:

    WHO CARES?!?!?!?

Letterman had a funny little spot about Favre last night, making fun of his comebacks, noting he'd be in jacksonville next year, then back with the jets... then yes... Favre would come to canada and play in winnipeg  i found it amusing anyways.

im so tired of hearing this junk from him year after year.

Im loving this. Couldn't be happier.

I want Favre to embarass himself again, and the next team to take a shot on him.

Too bad it isn't the Jets again!! Plus he gets to pad his INT record by another 15.

F U Favre. You are selfish!!! First Marino's record, then to prove a point to the pack, and now for direct revenge against the pack. When will you learn?

Backstabbing my ***. JT wanted to play for us Miami does not want him, his best chance to get a ring is with the Patriots.

Lets see there are only 2 teams interested in him one being the Bucs and 1 being the Patriots. So I ask you who has the better shot at winning the superbowl?

    Well away from here
Except I think he has a losing record in Domed stadiums.

What really happened is that he couldn't get enough sponsorship for his lawn mower racing league outside of Mississippi, so he has to find something else to keep busy.

I wish him no harm or injury, but good grief.
I can't figure out why he keeps doing this.
I used to like him, but he makes it very hard doing this year after year.
I'm so glad Dan was the man he is and just retired when it was time.
It's all class IMO and farve doesn't have any left.

I guess sometimes it's hard to let go of something you really love. Maybe he does it for himself, maybe to spit in the Packers GM's face, or maybe for his dad. Whatever the reason, I hope he figures it out soon. ESPN doesn't realize there are other teams and players in the NFL.

Lots of people have trouble letting go of what they love, so I don't blame Brett in that respect. What I think happens is that every year he realizes it's near the end and tries to let go, but he can't, and so he tries to squeeze that extra year out of his body.

I don't blame him, and while it may be funny to us that he does this every year, I don't think he does it for attention and I hope he isnt FORCED to retire by a serious injury.

I dont blame him for wanting out after going 1-15. How many Dolphin fans predicted that turnaround?

I can't believe the hate that JT gets from the Dolphins its really insane.
