If Ross offered to pay Flores to lose, I have a lot more respect for Ross. At least he understands you have to tear stuff down sometimes before building a winner. We could've had Burrow.. think about it. Awesome news though! Something interesting to follow throughout the offseason.
What kind of coach are we gonna get with all of this garbage going on. Harbaugh isn’t joining this drama.

Twitter is exploding right now but they're all repeating what's in the document above. I won't repost all the Tweets .
Flores biggest poo stain in dolphins history airing out all the dirty laundry since he cant get a job because hes a clown shoes coach.
If Flores is submitting this legally it completely flips the narrative about the Dolphins, and IMO, this sounds a lot more plausible than the idea that it turns out Flores was an absolutely psycho. Anyone have any idea what potential repercussions this could have for Ross? Breaking tampering rules. Paying for losses. Slander.
Quite honestly...that sounds like Brian Flores. I'm inclined to believe Ross and co are the villains here. And honestly. If that's true. I'll be done with the Dolphins 100% until Ross is gone.
Seeing Joe Burrow in the Super Bowl, I think Ross was correct. Everything the Front Office did pre-2019 was to get a first overall pick.
He isn't correct in trying to get the coach to actually throw games especially when the coach doesn't want to. As a whole the organization should have been behind the idea of starting Rosen all year so either the pick is better or maybe Rosen improves. You can't have the coach actively coaching to lose. And most importantly he shouldn't have been hired if this is what they wanted and there should have been an understanding from the start.
Where's the evidence this had anything to do with racism? At least from what Galant posted I don't see it (unless I missed something).
IMO, this is along the line that no one wants to coach for a team that is going to lose. So to make the job look more appealing that he would pay him a bonus for each loss due to the fact the roster was going to be crap.
The guys on QAM are connecting dots on the QB meeting. They are thinking based on the timeline it may be Tom Brady.
Has to be, right? I'm sure someone will dig up people's whereabouts or plane trackers or something. Breaking tampering rules would be a fine and maybe some draft picks, but ultimately it wouldn't amount to much. Paying for losses is interesting - it would probably depend on what bylaws the NFL actually has about intentional losing. On the one hand, it seems pretty bad, but on the other hand, losing during a rebuild is tacitly encouraged and understood. And this is true arguably in every sport, not just the NFL. Even leagues that employ lottery systems like the NBA and NHL see blatant and obvious tanking. As a Detroit local, watching the Pistons deactivate every halfway decent player down the stretch ... everyone knew what was going on. The gamblers might be unhappy, but it's a risky venture anyway. Slander is going to be incredibly difficult to prove. Ultimately, I feel like Flores obviously feels wronged and justified, but there is also a pattern of behavior both with himself and with ex-Patriot guys in general that lead me to think it's more than just partly sour grapes.
Yeah, that's the real bombshell. It's no secret that organizations can tank due to roster moves, but no player (and hopefully, no coach) has ever gone out with the intent of losing. Those guys are working their asses off because they know that even if the team sucks, their chances to stick around in the league is going to come down to how well they perform individually. If it can be shown that an owner was willing to throw games, it opens up a whole can of worms that the NFL can't close back up. The entire premise of competition is that teams will try to win. Trying to coerce a coach into losing is no bueno. I can see Ross being suspended or fined, easily. I doubt they'll force him to sell since they refused to touch Daniel Snyder, but don't be surprised if the Off-Site Owner is even more off site for at least a year. This is huge. With that being said, Flo just dug his grave as an NFL coach.
So him not getting a job is racism? An owner of a team is free to hire who he thinks is the best man for the job. I doubt Flores hasn't been hired yet because he's black
Oh my gosh- owners get removed for being immoral! This is the best news ever! If Ross was going to pay him to lose, then I think there's a chance this completely blows up to the point where we might see a new owner. Unfortunately, it also means Flores will probably never get another HC gig in the NFL. But I love this guy even more for standing up for his principals and saying "damn the broken system." And unfortunately, this will also probably scare other HC candidates away from the organization as well. So if it does blow up, then the entire Grier era has been for nothing. They'll all be fired and players would want out. How could they possibly want to stay after hearing their owner expected the team to lose?
