Good for Ricky. Glad we will have him for at least two more years. I hope he stays and retires a Dolphin someday and puts up some repeats of 2002 in the meantime.
Yeah, hopefully Carey is next on the list. If he hits the open market, he's probably going to get some huge monopoly money offer and he'll be gone. Someone will probably want to put him back at LT.
1 for every bottle of Geritol NY gave to Farve. Edit: For those of you who are too young to know what that is, it's like Flintstone Chewables for geezers.
Do you mean Jets fans? Its good that you can laugh at us because we've been laughing at your team. However, now that Taylor is gone and Parcells is in they can finally be respected again
Is it me...or are you starting the 'zinging' early I don't know dude but I don't remember you being so ...I don't know combative... recently that is Then again we are playing this comming week so I guess it's cool
Good news. Since we're so under the salary cap (plus under Parcells) I'm not worried at all about extensions..they'll lock everyone they feel the need.
The thing that nobody has recognized is the fact that he's probably broke. In other words, it's just enough money to get him through the next two seasons. When the whole "Ricky is retired" pot thing was going on his bills were clearly documented. Dude has some serious child support and he's been too generous with the money he's made prior to this extension.
I think it has more to do with being fair to Ricky for working his butt of late. Also Ricky is needed for the one, two punch bro. This will help ensure that Ronnie makes it through a whole season or two with a shared workload, and if he doesn't we have Ricky.
Am I the only one who still thinks Parcells would trade Ricky and it's easier to trade him with more than the one and done contract he had? No one is safe with Parcells, Be Afraid Players, Be Very Afraid.
What a long way this team has come. The past 10 years have been like an epic novel. Re-signing RW just floods my brain w/memories, mostly bad ones.
Dolphins extend Ricky’s contract? Could be bad news for Ronnie. Palm Beach Post: Palm Beach & Treasure Coast news, sports, entertainment, jobs, cars, homes
weak article. why would locking up a 30-something year old RB, be bad news for a young back of Brown's caliber. we obviously cant put the whole load on him(for many reasons), nor do we want to.
