This was in today's North County Times NFL Et cetera column. I looked no link on it. This is per the news paper itself. Dolphin:Always one to go against the grain, Ricky Williams negotiated his own contract extension with Bill Parcells and the Miami Dolphins, including a verbal agreement regarding a performance bonus. Williams, 31, said he didn't ask the Dolphins to forgive the 8.6 million he has owed them since a 2004 ruling by an arbitrator. He said the extension upset his agent, Leigh Steinberg. "He's mad because I didn't talk to him about it," Williams said. "He was looking forward to me becoming a free agent."
they just didnt run the ball alot last week ricky will end up with 1100+ yards this year and over 300 rec yds
I hope you're right! And I hope Ronnie has similar totals. But with that start, they're behind the 8 ball already.
I'm basing what on the whatnow? I'm not basing anything on one game. I made a simple statement. If Ricky doesn't run better, there wouldn't be demand for him in free agency. I'm as optimistic as anyone that Ronnie and Ricky can get things turned around in the running game.
