Anyway, I believe Greyhounds have cameras installed in them these days, how soon till we see the video on the internets?

That pic I posted seems to show the victim's hair (and headband or bandana), not the whole head.
No, its like Paul said it looks like hair with a bandanna attached and with blood streaming from it. Look at the pic 2nd step from the bottom. The guy's foot looks like its going to kick it.
Well it could be but if that is a scalp that is where it would be. It looks like it could be but I doubt they would leave valuable evidence lying around like that.
