At this point, after years of watching NFL officiating turn into what would be generous to call completely inept I advocate replacing all officials with Rodeo Clowns.
They couldn't do any worse and would probably improve the quality of calls right off the bat.
Watching this Steeler Ravens game and seeing the refs call a defensive hold call on the Ravens duirng a run play while a Steelers blocker tackled a Ravens defender right in the backfield in front of the RB and an official has just left me speechless.
NFL officiating is a complete and utter joke.

The biggest call was the holding call on the punt return. That was not a hold and shouldn't have been called.

I agree B...and you know what, I had to have arguments with some friends who watched the same play and they swear it was a hold....weird.
That game was an officating mess..The pass interference was a joke on the first drive of the game.Coral Reefer likes this. -
I saw the same thing and thought the same, as well. They showed it more than once. I kept thinking I can't believe they're letting that go but calling the other.Coral Reefer likes this.
