Yeah, I dont think they had much of a choice, better to cut a deal with Rich, have him pay part, and the school pay more than half, afterall, it was them who lured Rich out of WVU to start the whole mess. At least now its over and done with, and everyone can focus on football hopefully, instead of this nonsense.
