Turns out he was intoxicated.

yet some here were ridiculous enough to assume that he might have failed his sobriety test because of his foot injury or maybe he was on meds or maybe it was the cops fault. people will say crazy things to protect a player.
turns out ronnie was popped for drunk driving

It was a stupid thing to do, I think he will learn from his mistake though.

stupid move by ronnie. I would like to remind people though people mess up, no one got hurt, and giving ronnies history he will probably work to make sure it doesn't happen again.

oh well. not our problem.

He was coming from a club so I always figured he was probably impaired to some degree.....but the reports coming out were muddled to say least, leading to doubt and speculation.
It wasn't like ppl were refusing to believe Saint Ronnie could do this, confirmed information was just slow to reach the public. It led to ppl having to guess and cover all the angles..
Ronnie's not Pacman......this shouldn't have any impact on his ability to play RB for us in the future. I'm more concerned with his health when TC opens..Colorado Dolfan and Frumundah Finnatic like this. -

How can guys who can afford to take a taxi from Florida to Maine and back not pick up the phone? Blows my mind.

i really thought we would never see anything like that from him
just doesnt bode well for a guy who has trouble staying on the field
as always i was blasted for giving my opinion on the matter -

If any player deserves a pass it's Ronnie, he's come up through alot and always kept out of trouble. Got to appreciate the guy for that in this day and age. Everyone screws up big at least once in their life. Luckily noone was hurt and hopefully he learns from this.

I personally think that there should be an 8 game suspension for this. Not just for Ronnie, but for any NFL player caught drunk driving.gafinfan and siciliansith like this. -

If you are really going to play the foolish idea card, you should probably read your own posts and do a little self reflection before you start down that path.
The moral of the story is as the saying goes "That which you see wrong in others, is usually what you see wrong in yourself." In other words you might want to check yourself before you check others.LandShark13, TheAnswer385, siciliansith and 1 other person like this.
