Rosters will be frozen on May 9th at 11:59PM ET. From there, I will set up a Final Roster thread where people can submit their final rosters (with an optional write up). Teams will be given a week to submit their rosters. From there we will move on to voting and soon enough declaring a winner. Then training camp will roll around and you'll forget all about this place...
