Safety Marcus Maye Signed

Once one of the best safetys in the league, Maye has not been the same player since blowing out his ACL in 2021 with the Jets. Hopefully he has some gas left in the tank and can be a solid contributor for the Dolphins this year, but he's also missed 17 games the past two years due to shoulder injuries with the Saints.

 

never watched him play so have no clue.

 

He's pretty good. This is a solid, under the radar signing late in the off-season.

 

I think Poyer has to show us he hasn’t lost a step, which I think he has, let alone this dude.

No expectations for a 31 year old who’s missed half his games in two years.

Yeah man. Obviously these are temporary dudes, but it's a low risk dart throw to bring them in.

 

Heard the Ravens like playing 3 safeties so perhaps that is why they added to the list.
