they get their pick back?

He won't be back, wasn't going to make our team anyway. No we do not get the pick.

Makes me wonder about whether it's a physical problem, or an attitude one.
How does someone immediately get turned away? sounds like they wanted to 'see for themselves' regarding some issue and decided it WAS indeed a problem and let him go. -

He showed enough as a pass rusher to keep him around for a few seasons to see if the rest of his game would eventually develop, but it obviously never did. Someone might pick him up and put him on their practice squad if he is lucky and if he is still eligible to be assigned to a PS. I just don't see the Dolphins having any interest in signing him to their practice squad.Tin Indian likes this. -
McCain was getting cut anyway. Just some fans of him thought they knew more than Gase and now another team has let him go which sort of confirms that Gase was right to trade him.

Regardless of his football abilities McCain, as many have already mentioned, seems to have a mindset which will lead him to be much more useful to society than simply being a football star. Which is the type of talent that really matters.
Check out this story from just his one week in New Orleans:
There less than a week and when most people would only be thinking of themselves given his situation, he still carried this on for the kids.
Seems like a good dude and I wish him the best in life.ChrisKo likes this. -
