Until we get rid of Grier, it's going to be the same **** every year. He has been the one constant throughout the last 20 years of failure, which have mainly been due to our terrible drafting and personnel decisions which he has has had a major influence over for all those years.

 

I will never trust a team lead by Bozo Ross and Grier. Grier pulled off one of the biggest trades of all time and has wasted it.

 

If Grier has proven one thing it’s he doesn’t know how to build a roster and is completely clueless. Might gain some respect if Ross actually fires him but not sure he’s bright enough to do that.

Also, Boyer needs to go.

 

That 2020 draft ruined the franchise. Don't let him back in the building. Grier should have his key card revoked.

Well, Ross wanted Burrow and Brady, so cannot really hammer on Ross.

This team is basically the Lions. Hell, I wouldn't be surprised to see them win a playoff game before us at this point.

He did something every team does; his problem is he got caught. He bumbled other coaching searches in the past, too.

Oddly enough, one of the guys he was supposedly trying to get, Sean Payton, keeps expressing interest in coaching jobs that aren’t open, while still under contract with the Saints, and the NFL does nothing.

 

they will probably miss the play offs and same again next year. The nerd will then be fired , the QB cut and so the never ending search will begin again.Can only hope Grier gets the axe too .

 

This year felt different wich makes the collapse even worse then years before. I think I‘m finally done and hopefully I won’t get sucked in, in believing in this franchise until proven otherwise. I don’t know what it is and I don’t really care anymore if it’s Tua, McCoaching, Grier, Boyer or Ross. I think it’s a combination of all, Grier is nothing special and can’t really build a roster, Tua seems overwhelmed and smallish when it really counts, Flores did more with less talent then McCoaching does now, Boyers defense is nothing special and should be better even with all the injuries in the secondary and Ross always finds a way to **** us up somehow. I‘ll probably still watch the games but not the way I used to watch them untill there is real change and there’s no doubt that we returned to the days of being a first class organization, I‘m sick of being worse run organization then the Jets for the last 20 years and it all started with Pornstache…

 

The recipe has been consistent. Bad or inconsistent, using FA and this time trading our abundance of picks for players to try and build a roster. Hill has been exceptional but you build from the inside out.

Our OL is still mediocre, our defense is a bottom 10 unit, we have no run game and either Tua or McDaniel has some major flaws that defenses have been figuring out.

What’s more disappointing about this collapse is we pulled or a franchise changing/dynasty building trade(s) and Grier blundered it all. The Tunsil trade was this centuries version of the Hershel Walker trade and it’s pretty clear this franchise is nowhere near winning a Super Bowl.

Actually, thankfully, I didn't watch the game yesterday.

 

I just have to understand why Chubb was coveted. He looks small and not that fast. Why was he perceived to be good?

 

It's clear now that as bad as Austin Jackson and Noah Igby picks were at 18 and 30, Tua over Herbert was THE WORST PICK SINCE LEAF OVER MANNING.
Was that even a thing, or am I rememberimg it wrong?

But there are contenders. Baker and Darnold over Allen. Trubisky over Mahomes. And as for flat out busts, Zach Wilson says hi.
