I would take this guy 100% with the 4th rounder.
San Diego State QB Ryan Lindley completed 67-of-73 passes at the Aztecs' Pro Day despite not throwing to any of his 2011 receivers.
NFL rules prohibit underclassmen from participating in Pro Days, and all of Lindley's 2011 receivers were underclassmen after the graduation of DeMarco Sampson and Vincent Brown. Per NFL.com's Gil Brandt, Lindley "put on a show" and "should be a fourth-round pick." A favorite of NFL Films' Greg Cosell, Lindley is a smarter version of Derek Anderson with a cannon arm and ideal size.

Here is another scouting report

-
That is interesting.
-
He's a Junior, right? You're talking for next year's draft? I see nothing about him coming out this year...
-
The fact that he completed a large percentage of his passes on his pro day, when he was throwing to players in shorts and there was no defensive pressure being applied when he made these throws, means absolutely nothing to me.
I don't see him as being anything but a possible backup in the NFL and it would not surprise me in the least if he is out of football completely in the next few years. -
I'd rather develop Devlin than take a mid round QB. Watching a bit of game film on Devlin and he does some things extremely well.

Much better developmental prospect than Devlin any day of he week and twice on SundayUCF FINatic likes this. -

Anyway I definitely think he has potential to be a very good system QB. Let him work on his mechanics and become stable with them, because when he sets his feet and has the right arm angle I can't say I've seen a QB his age throw more perfectly placed passes. Aside from Luck. -
Anyway the point isn't whether Devlin can be an NFL quality QB, my main point was if you want a mid round type talent to develop I believe we already have one. -
I go to SDSU and have watched him A LOT... let me tell you, if you watch this guy enough you come to realize that he can be the real deal, his quick decision and accuracy make up for a slight lack in arm strength, but i do like devlin
