At least it is something to look forward to. I wonder whether we will actually send coaches there, or lose the ability due to a change at HC. It will be interesting starting monday to see what happens.

Not if there's a coaching change. Coaching changes generally mean they don't have time to do it. Hence why whenever there is one it's the team with the next bad record that gets it.

Even if the coaching change happens say in the next two weeks or so? Or is that a mandated rule by the NFL?

I am not 100% sure of the rule. But I believe the team has the option to send the new coaching staff there if they choose.
