Shaun Ellis will play Sunday

Despite the recent arrest of Jets DE Shaun Ellis for marijuana possession, he will play Sunday at San Francisco.
Santonio Holmes was suspended by the Steelers for one game after a similar incident earlier in the season. Ellis will be eligible for a suspension from the NFL, but it will likely take months for the legal process to run its course.

Innocent until proven guilty. If anything, we of all fan bases should be tight-lipped about Marijuana related matters, even if the player in question plays for the Jets :)

well as of this point he admitted that 'what he did was wrong' which all but incriminates him i'd think. but yes, i would agree to what you say had that other piece of info not come out recently
