Both seem to have lied... She seemed to be drunk and he is saying that he did not hurt her...

She was apparently thrown to the ground...her claim...and he will not comment on that...

She was taken to the Hospital according to Police but Shwane says that after the Paramedics looked at her, she was released...

Both parties are lying here... My bet is that SHANE has friends and they will back him up over her...wouldn't you??? Who would intimidate you the most...it was at Shwanes place in the end...

Oh yeah, the owner of the Bar/Club where they were partying before the went to Merriman's place, said that she was drunk... but he was not there, he is saying what his workers in the club told him...

It will get interesting...

EDITED- Another interesting thing... None of the articles I have seen state what vehicle Tila was driving? Apparently they went together to a party, did they go in seperate vehicles???
