Come on guys you should know who the downers are by now and not even respond to them. They will never ever be satisfied no matter the situation.
yeh..I dont get that. Are not supposed to spend the money or something? Sent from my SPH-L710 using Tapatalk
Great signing! Can't believe there is complaining about this. He has regularly improved and is still very young. Many many many Olinemen take a few years to come into their own. Every top team in the league has starters just like him. He will be a plug and play guard. And who says his pass blocking will not improve? He already has. We have three starters now and are in much better shape. Plus we got him at a total steal!
He was trying to get a longer contract, and before he signed I was hoping we would give him like 4-5 yrs too. He is young enough to be around for a while
no you do not...or who started this piece of crap 1 day into free agency complaining again ? http://www.thephins.com/forums/show...why-have-we-only-signed-one-offensive-lineman
If the season starts next week, then he already missed all the preseason activities with the team, we are a joke of a team
If you want to get overjoyed by the signing of these free agents, go for it. I just remember last year the Dolphins were suppose to have had the best free agent class and it led to the Dolphins winning one more game than they won the previous year. Some free agents come in and are productive, but the majority are average or below at best. Hopefully the Dolphins will start drafting quality players, so they have to spend so much money in the future on players other teams don't want to spent a lot of money on. I realize the Dolphins now have so many holes that they have to spend a lot of money in free agency, but that doesn't mean I think the players they have signed so far (except for Albert), are upgrades over what they had on the roster last season. Hopefully Hickey will hit a home run in this years draft and we will see 3-4 quality long term starters from this draft. Instead of the 1-2 a year, starters Ireland was able to provide through the draft each year he was the GM. To me, the future is all about the players the Dolphins get in the draft. Free agency is merely an opportunity for the Dolphins and other teams to overspend on players their old teams no longer want to pay large contracts too. All you have to do is look at the money paid to the free agents the Dolphins signed last year to realize that free agency is a lot more hype than it is an improvement in team performance.
