IMO he should not sit the whole game (if at all). Maybe sit him the first 2 series or something like and and a fine. Nothing should happen to Crowder outside of what the NFL passes down.

IMHO I think he should be benched. It sends a message and to be honest we're playing the Rams so hopefully it wont hurt us too badly but also send a message to the younger guys on the team and gives the vetrans beleif in the current coaches - Holiday and Ferguson didn't appear to be impressed with the situation at the end.

Mouthing off about stuff is one thing. Refusing to listen to your HC is another. He should sit.
