Hello.
I want to make a signature request. Just something small. Like the size of an avatar (150x150ish). I want it to be the miami dolphins logo with this kinky glow effect and I want it to blend into the message board (kinda like my avatar does).. no borders or anything.

The reasons behind me asking are twofold.
1)I think it's egotistical to make myself a signature.
2)I can't do the glow thing (I can't follow that tut because it seems so photoshopish. I use FLOSS: Free Libre Open Source Software. ie. GIMP).

no background at all. just a blurred copy of the original image.
