It's a possibility, though I don't think it's likely.

Illinois: This will be a chance for Vontae Davis to climb over Ohio State’s Malcolm Jenkins to be the top cornerback chosen on draft day. If so, you could see Jenkins slide as far as No. 25 when the Dolphins select in the first round.

California: Alex Mack a center who also could play guard,

Could the Dolphins still select a center despite signing Jake Grove as a free agent? Not likely but the fact that Mack and Grove have both played guard could change things if Mack’s available.(Watch this video of him finishing blocks.)
