He was an absolute MONSTER Monday Night.

Certainly hope its just extra rest

 

Ugh. Please no. We can not afford to lose him at all.

 

Don't read to much into Smiley running with the second team, he is the starter but it is wise to make sure Murphy can fillin in case Smiley just is not effective on Sunday.

Makes sense to give Murph time with the starters just in case.

 

Well, you hope it's just preventative... since Porter's knee and Smiley's shoulder have historically been problems for them.

 

I would like to think they have that much confidence in Murphy that he could step into Smiley's shoes and do a good enough job.
