While the potential benefits are great...coming from the south can't help but have concerns of some sort of kudzu effect even with the apparent water requirements of this rice.
Don't know which name I like better...Super Rice or Snorkel Rice.

I am not eating Snorks.
Next thing they will find is Smurfel Rice. Rice that grows in mushrooms and have a weird blue color with white tops.Agua, Eshlemon and unluckyluciano like this. -

There is a video on the page that Esh cited. Pretty cool to see it grow. I did find another source, though, that said that the plant does not produce much rice.
