What a crazy game.... I mean my goodness we were outplayed on every level but the fact we were able to turn the ball over kept us in the game. We were given a bad spot on this one play not the one we reviewed but a play we were at midfield early in the 3rd and we got the first but they gave us a bad mark I felt that play should have been review would have resulted in a 1st down for Miami.
Bell made some great plays but he also made a costly mistake late in the game, I'm talking about the key 4th and 10 play on the Texans last drive. Bell went for the INT on 4th and 10 and Andre Johnson the beast that he is ripped it from Bell giving them a new set of downs, wow I was in awe at what happened.
Man I hate the Texans, does not matter wtf we do we will always get beat by this team and I have no idea why, it seemed that with all the mistakes they made it would be enough but I guess it was a matter of time until our Secondary was exposed once again.
Thats the main issue with this team, other than Bell this group of DB's is awful we can't stop anyone.
Front 7 played great until the last drive, you could tell they were tired as hell we couldn't get any pressure should have called a TO when they got into the RZ to help them out maybe get some fresh legs in there.
Hats off to the Texans though they overcame all their mistakes, hopefully this loss puts us fans that had high hopes after the two wins over the Pats and Chargers.

This one hurt more than almost any other I have seen, and its more of the same. Some people will say "oh they fought hard" so what ? :confused2: Its the same old story it always is, and now we are 2-3 and facing a Ravens team that just got embarassed today. Next week could be more of the same.....I am back to being depressed and feeling we may have won our last game of the season last week. :pity:

They are jinxed against Houston. I've grown to hate Houston so much. I revel in the fact that they are not likely anywhere near their first winning season and that they will forever play second fiddle to the Cowgirls in Texas. Screw those guys.
Don't think that this Houston game is an indicator of what the season will be like. Houston won because they have Andre Johnson and some kind of higher power guiding them constantly to wins over Miami. This is a learning experience for a young Miami team. They'll still likely finish somewhere between 7-9 and 9-7. If it's 9-7 they'll be in the playoff hunt.sking29 likes this. -

Next three games will tell us what this team is made of.
We either fall apart while playng vs Baltimore buffalo and denver, or come together and hopefully win 2 out of 3. -
I honestly see us beating the Ravens and Bills. With Cutler just flat out spanking our secondary and us losing big to Denver. So I see 4-4 after 8.

I don't know about anyone else but I have no finger nails left to bite. I am still wishing Ronnie Brown would have fallen down after he achieve the first down instead of scoring.

As for the Bills that game will favor us again because of Edwards/Losman. However with both games you never know because Flacco/Edwards could still go off and win the game. I just had a bad feeling about the Texans game but these next two I expect wins. Still like I said you never know.
If the Fins are 4-4 after 8 I will be thrilled (although I know we could be much better as we should have beaten the Jets and Texans). Also I still have hope for a playoff berth this year but I know in my heart it will probably be a roller coaster year where we finish 7-9 or 8-8 but that is still a big improvement over last year.
At least we still have Baltimore, St. Louis, San Francisco, Seattle, Oakland, and KC. So there should be 6 wins and we can surely pull of at least 4. Also because of those weak teams that's why I can see Miami possibly sneaking in 2 or maybe 3 games of those remaining 5 and making the playoffs. Its still in the realm of possibility with our weak schedule. -
I just don't see what else you can expect from a rebuilding team. This team is doing better than others in the league already in this early stage of rebuilding. -
I agree... man its frustrating to loose to houston again. I knew it was going to be close, but i really felt today was the day we finally beat them... oh well i guess, on to next week

I'm happy our team scored 4 touchdowns and only lost by a point.
Last year those TDs would have been FGs or nothing.
Yes, our passing D needs some improvement, but we're making progress.
Houston isn't as bad as their record. They have some good RBs and receivers. They gave Indy and Jacksonville fits their last 2 games.
