When did 3rd and 2 become a passing down?
The day Mike Sherman came to town. He sets the tone for our whole offense by putting Tannehill in the shotgun in short yardage situations and trying to throw quick 1 yd passes. How is that working out for us??
He has no confidence in that unit to line up and get 2 yards by running the ball. He almost looks like he looks for excuses to getaway from running the ball just to throw it. We are running the ball with Tanny under center and a TE as a lead blocker? It's working? Lets totally get away from what is working.

When will Mike Wallace fight for a ball? Come back for a ball? Catch a ball on the run?
The answer is so far we really don't know because we have not seen him do it. He seems to always want the ball out in front of him and in space. Granted those are two things we have not been able to do with him so far but he has been awful going up for the ball....coming back to the ball and catching the ball. A HUGE disappointment in his play and how we have used him.

Nolan Carroll is the best backup corner we have?
Must be. They keep on throwing him out there and the opposing QBs keep on locking in on him. The only thing worse than his coverage skills and tentative play is his atrocious body language after play. The minute hen stepped onto the field today....everything changed. We have two top draft picks inactive for gameday and this guy still sees the field? Are we kidding? Does Nolan light it up in practice? Must be because no matter how many plays he gives up...no Matter how little he brings to the run defense...no matter how he avoids fighting off of blocks...he finds his way ontonthe field

    Cam Wake is healthy?
They keep on telling us he is. Even though we can see that he is not even close to being healthy. This man is a warrior. Noone will ever question that. He gives us all he has on every play. Does there come a time we think about putting him on IR? He is clearly not getting the burst of off his bad knee and has had no base to sustain much of anything. Yet there he is clearly hurt while they limit the amount of snaps Jordan gets. Someone has to figure out for sure what it will take to get Cam healthy

Is "not losing faith" "going to get in there and fix the problem" " keep on working hard" "coach em up" going to change any of these questions I just posed?

Sadly then answer is NO. Mike Sherman will not change his philosophy. He will not have an epiphany and realize its not working. He will not believe in running the football anymore than he does right now. This is who he is. He will continue to pass on 3rd and short. He will continue to abandon the run quickly and believe all that is needed is better execution

Mike Wallace will not change who he is. He will not fight harder to get the ball in the air. He will not catch the ball better all of a sudden. He will not come back to the ball when it is thrown to him. He will continue to struggle and will be the same receiver we have seen through thenfirst 6 games. We will not start throwing more deep balls. This is what we will getbthe rest of the way

Nolan Carroll will still be out there. Giving up huge plays...giving huge cushions..not fighting off blocks and sulking and shrugging his way back to the huddle and sidelines. It's the player he is. He will not all of a sudden become a lot better. They will keep throwing him out there and QBs will still be salivating ov him being out there. That is who he is.

Cam WAke will fight and give all he has on one good leg and he will struggle. Will he all of a sudden become healthy and get that burst back on a less than healthy knee? No. He will continue to play hurt and not be the Cam Wake we have come to expect.

What will change come Thurs night? Not much. Not much at all. We will get the same rerun we have watched the last 4 weeks and get more nd more frustrated.

When you do the same things over and over...make the same mistakes over and over...with the same people...with the same schemes...with the philosophy....all that ev gets accomplished is that people will get fired. PERIOD

Mike Wallace hasn't made a single catch this season that wasn't right on the money. He became my most hated player on the team after the ravens game and he's done nothing to earn my respect back. Today he fails to catch another pass that would have put us on the 3 yard line. Would have been a really tough catch but god damnit this mother ****er owes us a few

I am sure he is losing sleep over the fact that you hate him...

Steelers fans said that Wallace was limited with what he can do. 1 TD after 7 games. Nobody expected that poor a return.
