So how much fun did we have at the Home Opener / Grand Opening of the Dolphins new stadium? What did you like the best: (1) Getting crushed by divisional rival? (2) Getting to see just how awful the roster really is in a most places: CB, FS, OLB, MLB, DE, OG, and OT? (3) Getting to see just how unmotivated the players are under this deadbeat HC? (4) All those ex-Dolphins have a big day (Clay, Hogan, Carpenter, etc.)? (5) Another one of the 2015 FA head coaches Miami didn't go after now proving to be an awesome hire for his new team (Ryan, Bowles, Quinn, etc.)? (6) The horribly awkward video of Warren Buffet weird donning shoulder pads and a #93 jersey ensuring us all that Ross is entirely out of touch and probably a d--che? (7) Mike Grimes causing a scene and getting arrested? Let's see...did I miss anything? I mean, this has to be a record for Miami!
Seriously, I think the Bills GM must just wait for Miami to drop players then giggle with glee. Cameron getting 7.1 a year and Clay getting 7.6 a year. Had they locked him up and got it done instead of the transition tag then the Bills could not have got him.

There were some positives: 1. I bet $50 on the Bills. 2. I closed my bar tab at halftime. That probably saved me $20.
Is there anything worse than losing 41-14? Yes. Alleged Dolphin fans rubbing it into the face of actual Dolphin fans. Glad I'm not a mod cause that ish is ban material.
I often bet on the other team. I do it to try and jinx Miami into winning and as an emotional hedge. I would prefer to lose the money. I was being sarcastic but go ahead and keep thinking you're a better fan because you still think Joe Philbin deserves a job. Because that attitude is really helpful for this team.
You forgot to put Incognito in your list of players that did well. I hate to admit it but he played damn good today..
Well, he's stuck with the same poop sandwich the rest of us are, but he's 30 bucks ahead. I can't hate on that.
Im really not happy about the $$$. Sorry if it came out like I was bragging I intended it as sarcasm. I've been doing this since 2007 since I laid $48 and some change on the Ravens to win straight up. To that point, every time I bet more than 20 buck in an nfl game I lost. So I considered it paying 48 bucks for a Dolphins win. It's kinda nuts and superstitious. It also dulls the pain a little after a loss. Just want to be clear that every time I do this I hope to lose the bet.
No need my man, if the Dolphins end up losing it sucks, but it'd suck less if I had some scratch to put towards a bathroom reno or club level. Find good in bad and all that.
Don't explain yourself, Monst. If I were a betting man, I'd have bet huge on Buffalo today. Anyone who thought we stood a chance today clearly hadn't watched our other games.
No need to apologize I made $200 today betting for the Bills. And I was at the game. I predicted a 21 point loss. Was actually worse than that. For me it's like I get to smack Philbin in the face. Yeah Philbin you suck so bad and so predictably bad now I'm making money off you. Fool.
You all about to make me put 5,000 dollars down on every team we play. I want to start making money too. Put 5,000 dollars to win like 50.
Not surprised team looks real bad and Buffalo has our number. 4-1 the last 5 games against us now with a couple of those blow out wins. Not like today though. A team with a good running game AND a good defensive line like the Bills is a nightmare match up for the Dolphins. This team has so many holes it's painful. Next year 1st round they could draft either MLB, OLB, DE, OT, CB, or FS and I won't complain. This team needs almost everything. I'm loving the trio of Matthews, Landry, and Parker. Along with Jordan Cameron at tight end. That's the bright spot for me. Unfortunately until this offensive line, run game, and coaching is fixed this group is somewhat limited. But they certainly have talent.
You really shouldn't have to explain yourself here. The who questioning of someone's faith in the Miami Dolphins of all teams is comical. Here's a poster who's been posting on a Dolphins message board consistently for at least the past 8 years......The same Dolphins that haven't won a playoff game in that time period and finished above .500 just once. But yeah.....you're not a real fan.....YAWN
Personally the changes I would make would be to play some of the younger guys. I want to see what Lippet and Bobby McCain can do. Bring up Hull and give him a chance at MLB. If we're going to suck we might as well do it evaluating our younger talent. Jonas Gray should be the starter next week too.
some of us thought he was a very good guard when he was here, some of us also thought martin was a garbage prospect..
if you always bet on the team playing miami, you're going to make A LOT of money this year. Congrats.
Believe it or not I wanted to promote Bowles after he finished Sparano's failure canning season. He was our interim HC and won 2 of 3, and seemed to breathe life into the team. Instead... enter Joe Philbin.
