Rex Ryan, Bills record was 15-16 - 2 years
Gus Bradley 14-48 - 4 years
Jeff Fisher was around forever, but last three years was 17-28
Chip Kelly 28-35, including 2-14 in SF
Mike McCoy was 27-37 4 years
I mean do we really care about Tom Landry, Chuck Knox or Knoll, Shula or anyone else. Look at my contemporary coaches fired, just last year. Gase deserves to be fired this year, but more than likely will get another year. The dangerous thing about holding out too long, is you can miss opportunities.

What can those players do for us next year? -
Give a coach/gm combo one year and a half. That's it. First year is in full though playoffs are expected. By halfway through the second season must be at least even in wins and losses, and the fans on messageboards MUST say really good things about him, except for the few that constantly complain - they are there to keep it real.

Pouncey and Thomas need to be done. They are not living up to their contract. -
When was James a top 10 tackle? he is at $9M?
at $15M Tannehill's knee worth the risk?
I'm sorry this team doesn't need a specialist, they need 3 down linemen -

If you haven't noticed James, then you are blind. he has been playing very well this season.
yes. $15 million is Mike Glennon money. -
Miami proved that they can actually get versatile linemen with William Hayes. I don't know what's the point in keeping Wake, when he only does well against the Jets. I'm blind to James because it's hard to watch him with all his penaltiesbigballa2102 likes this. -
here is a shocking stat, Miami has 3 linemen in top 19 with penalties per game.

I know you're mad that the Dolphins are once again a bad football team, but you're acting like a 2-year old. Adam Gase is a good football coach. We're not going to improve by constantly throwing people under the bus and always looking for a new HC after 2 years. We found our guy, just need to give them some time to develop a winning football team.eltos_lightfoot and LI phinfan like this. -

What evidence do you have that supports the thesis that Adam Gase deserves to be fired?
Is there any historical evidence of any team firing a head coach in his second season, after taking the team to the playoffs in his first season?
Is there any historical evidence to show that if any teams did do this...it benefited the franchise in the long run? -

gase chose cutler, mcdaniels chose orton pretty much the same thing. -
We got dealt a really bad hand when Tannehill went down. Gase tried to think outside the box and improve our roster instead of just rolling with Moore, who he knew was bad news. So Cutler didn't work out. He played terrible. But sadly he played better than Moore, and we didn't exactly have a whole lot to choose from right before the start of the season.danmarino and bigballa2102 like this. -
in retro I don't think moore played bad for what he got handed he got the bad end of the stick he got the ravens on a 3 days of work and he got the pats, do you think cutler would have faired any better in those situations lol?
there was more options at qb you trade for someone like minn did with philly, im sure there was a handful of teams willing to trade us a qb. any of them good who knows but if cutler wasn't the best option on the table that was on gase and it was his decision and it was a bad one so you cant let him off the hook for it. -
