I guess this means they're letting Gonzales and Soriano walk. I was thinking they'd probably just choose one of those two to try to resign.
I'll take pick #20. I think it's a smart move by the Braves. Both Soriano and Gonzalez are going to get a long contract with a lot of money when although they're both very good relievers aren't exactly ironmen. You never give a big contract to relievers.
The Braves have offered arbitration to Gonzo and Raffy. My guess is that Gonzo will accept, Raffy will not. But how can you not love this deal. 7M for one year with a vesting option.
