    This is surprising.

He does a GREAT job of teaching team defense and getting players to buy in on that end. His Cavs teams played great D even with guys like Mo Williams, Antawn Jamison, JJ Hickson and Shaq and Z (who are big but can't defend the pick and roll).

But he is lost on the offensive side. Hopefully he brings in assistants and lets them completely take control of the offense like he did in Cleveland (with Malone and Kuester).

Great guy - completely and totally willing to take the fall when the media comes after a team. He does kinda struggle with player management as we all saw that Cavs team fall apart in Boston last year - and he failed to play Z for a single minute on a night that would have made him the Cavs all-time minutes leader. Z had invited his entire family and friends and Brown just completely passed over him the entire game. Very strange.
