A true Dolphin fan supports there team till the bitter dying end. There wasn't anything to show you or anyone else....its common sense. I said when all the crap started flying on this board that Sparano deserved his job and he would get a 2 year contract extension. Numerous posters belittled my opinion and acted as if they were superior in intelligence. Who gives a **** it is what it is. Why 2 years???? Because it takes 6 to 8 years to tear down a team and build it to a team that could actually compete for a superbowl. Sparano's problem was he went 11-5 his first year and a lot of guys got there panties in a wide when we "regressed". We didn't regress we are building a solid team from the bottom up. Go Sabres
I have never seen this board get as crazy as it was......ever. I am just glad it is over so we can focus on a QB and trying to win the division next year.
You have a right to your opinion, but that doesn't change what has happened. IN one week this franchise has alienated a fan base, become a laughing stock of the league, and thrown integrity to the wind, and what would have avoided this is if Tony has been appropriately terminated.
It is not over for me. Left a lasting impression on my interest in following this team. And I am no fair weather fan. Been one since I was 7 and I am now pushing 48.
