The pluses: Ronnie took this game off so he will be fresh for Thursday night. Fasano started catching balls. Marshall should want to make plays again. Henning doesn't have alot of time to out think himself.
I have to give props to Dan Henning today. I never do that at all but he went with the WC when needed and it worked. Through it all we moved the ball well and Henning finally decided to use his TE in the middle of the field. That is something we rarely see.
Seriously. Plus the wildcat reverse flea flicker from Marshall was one of the most amazing calls ever, even if it didnt work lol.
Dan Henning should get all the props in the world for this game.. seriously. We were down to our 3rd QB against the best D in the league at turning the ball over, along with a run game that was non-existent. If we all read that it would come down to that before we saw the game, we'd all just go outside and **** in someone's mailbox.
It wasn't the 4th quarter yet so putting Thigpen in at that point would not have made sense being he was the # 3 emergency QB. They had that play in the arsenal and it didn't work cause the Titans secondary didn't bite. The WC worked real well after that remember. Hell Ricky could have scored. I thought Henning weathered the storm well considering we lost our #1 and 2 QB's.
