ESPN is running a cover story on how well coaches use their timeouts and the clock. Guess where Sparano is ranked? Note: If you watched every game you will know pretty much where he lands.

That is right...a the bottom part of the head coaching list. He is 26th when it comes to this...or 7th worst. These numbers are over a career, and yes...all TO's used can't be linked to Tony. However, ......

Very misleading IMO. When Chad Henne lets the play clock run down and calls TO, as he's done many times this year, that's not on Sparano. There are a lot of variables that come into play regarding TO's.

Its on both parts. It's Teamwork. It takes the coach, quarterback, and the other players. It is just one of the many things Miami needs to work on in the off season.

Marvin Lewis at #6 is a crock. Next the Andy Reid, Lewis is the worst at clock management IMO.

sparano is a 2nd year head coach, let's see how he progresses in his development next year.

If he is still having game/time management issues next year I will be ready for him to be replaced.

The Qb's are trained to use a timeout if they see a defense they don't understand and have a play they cannot audible out of.

Besides, look at the supposed "best" clock managers...it is a who is who of nobodies for the most part...only Belichek is a successful long term HC in ESPN's own stats.
