Not even sure headcoach is worth 30$. Madden isn't really worth 60$ anymore.

Madden 2005 was one of the best Maddens ever and my favorite I played that all year round.

The Head Coach from what I have read on EA's site has a lot of in depth options for it most of which if incorporated into Madden correctly could make Madden great.

The only problem is they wouldn't do that imo because that would make less money for EA. The only way I see them doing that is if they raise the price of Madden $20+.

well im still playin madden 08, but have recently found myself more or less simming through franchises just to get to the offseason mode, sign FA's, and drafts... so i quite possibly could pick up this exclusive version just for the incorporation of headcoach 09... plus i do miss the create a play feature... which apparently HC09 and madden will tie together... so that should be kinda of neat... i can see myself buying this special version. I know madden isnt as good as it could be, but i still need my xbox360 football fix. plus when i trade in all my games i dont play anymore, it basically pays for my new madden anyways... so i'll probably check this out

Could is the keyword there. This is EA we are talking about its going to be a slapped together feature that is more gimmicky than functional.

EA does not know any other way of doing business.

Mmm, packaging a cruddy game that nobody bought with another cruddy game. I expect in Madden 2010, the gameball will only be included in a $100 collectors edition, air sold separately online.

That's because it's the only NFL football game around. I really miss the ESPN 2k series. Seamless integration with the ESPN brand, unparalleled gameplay, gimmicks that actually have substance, and I thought it had better & less-cartoony graphics.
