I haven't seen it and heard despite rico being in it the acting is terrible and along with the cgi being just as bad.
Horrible trashing of the franchise even with Rico back. Honestly, I hoped Verhoeven would come back and do a true sequel but oh well. I liked the guts and the gung-ho military theme they had. But I've seen TV shows with better CGI than this one.
I've rented it. It's not as bad as I thought it might be. It kind of dragged with a lot of politics and not enough action, but I really liked the ending.
