Craptacular idea imo, BSPN and $$$ have ruined amateur athletics. I don't watch Single A baseball, won't watch minor league football pretending to be something it is not.
???, by having the teams actually play on the field to determine a champion of the season vs. humans and computers running a SoS formula B.S. approach to determine a so-called "champion". All other levels in college use a playoff, but it took all these years for the fools to realize this is the proper way? dont watch this, but you are missing out on Single A baseball too. This is the right decision, and $$$ isnt going away ever regardless amateur or professional its what pays the bills and overhead and makes the world go round.

Uhm, not it is not, the NCAA (BSPN's *****) is specifically chartered to promote AMATEUR competition among athletes. The idea is to promote that competition and educational opportunities, not to make $$$$, otherwise simply drop the NCAA call it minor league football, and go on with it.
Because I'm not a meatball? IE, I've seen the NCAA BBall tourney go from a great story about amateur athletes to being something no one cares about b/c of this exact same thing, they went for the $$$$, became a feeder league for the NBA and now, quite honestly, no one gives half a damn about it. 20 yrs ago the same stuff meatballs are saying now, were said about BBall. Simple really.
