Looking for best draft pick offered. Howard ($3 mil) is a consistent player that fits the new mold of pass-covering LBs that teams must have to counter pass-happy attacks. He was ranked as a Top 30 OLB by PFF for this past season. I was more than happy to go into the season with Howard as my starting WLB, but some additional moves have made me strapped for cash. I now must unload his contract. I'm looking for AT LEAST a 5th, since that is what I traded for him.
