Emmanual Sanders and Antonio Brown play Wr so there is more versatility to their development, Logan is more akin to a highly talented specialist who really only plays on the Special Teams unit, he doesn't have much value to the Steelers outside of Returner. He provides them no depth, or so the thinking goes.
