My initial thought was viral. Then it went to pooping. Then someone said it's a gym shirt, and I thought, "Straining while working out isn't a good thing, right?".
Goes to show what I know....

PhinFan1968subscriberReminds me of a saying one of my old Commanding Officers in the Navy used to use, and it made sense.
We'd pull into homeport after a trip, and he wouldn't put down maximum liberty, essentially keeping everybody working full days, to keep a "steady strain," in order to keep everybody sharp and used to putting in the work. Kept running drills, had inspections, etc etc. Basically, he never let up, so when you had to go operational, it was routine and nothing was surprising.
At least, that's how I look at it.
