    If possible this would be a tremendous relief to many people around the world.

    Treat people for a disease they may or may not have? Who's going to foot the bill, and what will the consequences be for not getting tested?

    It's certainly a way to attack, but there's no way that there will be 100% compliance. I would call it a great success if the compliance rate were 25%.
