Im sure this has been answered somewhere in this forum, but Ill ask anyways....

How will the #1 draft pick be determined if two or more teams share the same loosing record?
As of now, Miami, Indy and St. Louis are all winless teams. If all 3 stay winless all year, what will the draft order be?
