    Where...1pm on Fox

Why...see Tuna and Ireland's players in big D

Favre goes on his SB run, but as much as I don't like Brittany Favre, I would like the Vikes to win the SB to get the monkey off of their backs.

Mornin ComPadre..your turn to start the thread, lol.

There were times this year watching Brett play where I was speecless, I hope the old codger wins...I just dont know if that team respects their head coach..

Jared allen is gonna be the W.W.F world heavyweight champion one day, lol, he was born for that role. wish I was that dudes agent.

this is my most anticipated game of the week. This might be the best game of the playoffs. In a way I think this is the real Super Bowl in that whoever wins I think is going to bring bacck the trophy

Vikes vs. Saints would be fun for NFC Title.

Rooting for SD vs. IND for AFC Title

And SD vs. either Vikes or Saints to guarantee a NEW SB 1st time champion for either of those 3 organizations.

Minnesota's defense woke up after the first three plays or so. This is going to be a great game. Man I would kill to get someone with Allen's pass rushing ability play for us

None of these teams really click with me, but I want a 4-3 team to win the SB.

    SAints, Colts, Vikes...pretty good odds...

that could have been the worst DB play I have ever seen. All he had to do was look up and then after the catch why didnt he tackle him

Cowboys offense reminds me of the Ravens effort yesterday, everything underneath, no rhythm running the ball.

Pat Williams is eating up the interior OL of the Cowboys. He's playing that one technique in the over and under fronts and is just killing it.

Nice job using his hands by Edwards.

    Agreed. That was ugly.

Are you trying to make a point about the 4-3?

Why Alen, whatever do you mean?

Could it be that the 3-4 is not neccessarily better, but some in the NFL are simply married to it and just cannot let go?

Or remain flexible enough to use the players they already have in the system that works the best?

    :)

Cowpokes have to continue to pound it and make this a TOP/Sacks/Turnovers type of game.

    Which really isn't their style

They're really not that different IMO (talking about the 3-4 and 4-3), especially when talking about a 1 gap defense. I've seen teams run a 2 gap from both a 3-4 and 4-3 (namely the Patriots). Biggest difference is flexibility IMO.

Are you surprised by the decent play by Benny Sapp as I am? I don't recall him doing much when he was in KC. He was a wash IMO. Now look at him.

true although Witten is open almost every play. I am going to hazard a guess that Witten is going to have a monster game

To me Alen, you get your best passrushers on the field at the same time that is the strength of the 4-3.
