Out of market phins fans with the ticket: anyone know the deal here? I use the app on mobile devices and the preview states this game isn't part of the Sunday ticket programming.

Its not on Sunday Ticket, because its not a 1pm or 4pm game. However, it will be on FOX nationally, like a SNF on NBC or MNF on ESPN game would be. I don't know how that effects apps on phones, but it should be on anywhere that a TV has a FOX station.
