Also, the other 49ers have been sloppy and undisciplined multiple times.

No they don't, not in the same way at least. See Zona-Pitt among many examples.
Both of these teams are perfectly capable of winning games if their QB doesn't have a great showing, but this game in particular will come down to which QB can rise better to the occasion.
