What are the chances tannenbaum gets fired after this **** show of a team he as put on the field.I am sure ross is pissed after putting all this money into this stadium only to watch his team be a dissapointment like every other season he has owned the team.From the free agent signings to the ****ty draft with exception of tunsil(Who fell in his lap)and howard there is noway he should be here next year.
I would keep gase and the blow the rest up.Instead of filling holes he created more holes which I didn't think was possible.We all saw this with the jets.I just feel this owner is never going to get it.
This team is another 3 years away with good drafts to compete.We need a new front office from top to bottom.

Coaches rarely get to choose the GM. Even if Tannenbaum was fired (he won't be) and Gase was picking the GM...what type of candidates do you think you're going to get with a 1st year head coach choosing a GM (a right reserved generally for only the best coaches) and a roster that is...well..not great. The GM wouldn't be getting to choose his coach (just look to the Jets for how well that works out) or his QB and has a roster with a lot of holes. This would mean you're looking at 3rd or 4th tier candidates who would just be happy to have the title. Then you have to look at the ability to bring on solid personnel like director of scouting and pro player personnel from that GM.
If Tannenbaum is fired (he won't be) then Gase is done too...it would just be a matter of if he's gone with Tannenbaum or after a couple years with the replacement GM. -
Ross has to look at large payroll checks and see if those translated to wins and productivity. Then he needs to hold the person responsible for signing those players.
