I agree. He has very good passcatchers. Will have a new o-line and likely a new RB. Very excited to see Lazor's offense
I think he will, but at the same time, who else could have made this list? He's essentially the only QB who isn't settled not named Geno Smith or E. J. Manuel and isn't a rookie next season.
I like the fact that Lazor will bring a lot of the same West coast concepts that Ryan has worked in the past 6 years. A new system can hinder a young QB, this really won't be a new system..that's huge.
As it goes for any dolphin player at this point, coach, or GM...show me that your man enough to play for something, show me you will play angry and with a purpose, show me that your talented enough to overcome flaws in the culture, and I'll show you support.
I don't see why not. He doubled (nearly doubled?) his TD production last year, so there is a possibility.
I want to believe things will be different with Lazor but I've just become so used to being let down.
That's a good point. I guess the following could be considered up for breakout year competition: Ponder Locker Bradford? Griffin III? G. Smith EJ Manuel Glennon Weeden Dalton? Gabbert/Henne/? It's nice to see a well respected guy media outlet have faith in Tannehill, but it doesn't seem like it was the hardest choice considering the guys with question marks he probably didn't even consider as qualifying for this honor.
Hopefully Gibson comes back fully healthy but we need another red zone threat for him... Ebron please.. I don't trust Wallace nor Hartline in the red zone.
At this point he needs to be completing 65% of his passes. Those are the plays that are there that he inexplicably misses, not counting the deep passes. I'm not sure 4 more touchdowns translates into 3 more wins either. 10 INT's should be the goal in my opinion. One less than his rookie campaign just isn't going to cut it. Ebron? Clay just had a breakout year and led the team in TDs. Ebron is a 1st round grade. Taking him in the 1st round would be a huge mistake. TE is not a position of need.
Having to capable past catching titains is a great asset to an offense and a young quarterback Sent from my SPH-L710 using Tapatalk
If Ebron is BPA when we pick, then take him and don't look back. Besides, think of the headlines with Lebron and Ebron in the same city.
