Tapatalk - Mobile Site Interface

I have a the new BB Bold 9700 and did a search for tapatalk in my apps world and came up with no results. :(

EDIT: I'm in Canada, but I doubt that makes a difference.

Since the new stuff, I can't log in to tap a talk

Make sure your Tapatalk client is up to date.

They issue updates almost weekly. If you're on Android, the latest version of Android market lets you set it to automatically do so.

Give that a try.

If you log out, and then re add the site through the Tapatalk interface you should be good. I was having the same issue this afternoon.

You have to re-add the site because the forums URL has changed. No more subdomain.

same thing with me. all this integration can be a pain when it fails, but when it works it is awesome

I believe it's still in beta, and I think you have to have OS 4.5 or newer.

Is that the free or full version

The betas are typically free/full.

Which version of VBulletin are we using? Tapatalk updated last week with support for the Thanks function in VB 3.x only. Since I can't find any way to actually thank posts, I'm guessing we're on 4.x.

Yeah we're on VB4. We stay up to date on that.

Not sure why they'd choose to code for VB3 only. Seems counter-productive at best.

Tapatalk doesn't quite seem to be the most coherently-developed app, judging by some of these change logs. :lol:

Its been a few months since this site has worked on my tapatalk app. Every other site works great. Ive deleted the site. Reloaded it. Nothing. My app is up to date.

It just refuses to load and says contact the forum administrator if it continues to do that.

I had a problem after the site went down the day of the Marshall trade. I deleted it, added it back, AND cleared the cache for Tappatalk. That is what did it for me and has worked ever since. Try clearing the cache/data for the app.

Clear cache should do it. Or uninstall/reinstall Tapatalk.

How do I clear cache in tapatalk? I went into tapatalk settings. Only thing I seen on there was to clear search history.

Nevermind. Im an idiot. Forgot i actually knew how to do it. Thanks that actually worked!

Settings>Reset>clear cache and confirm.

I have tried to start threads and reply to threads from Tapatalk and nothing posts in Tapatalk.

Tapatalk works just fine with other forums I have accounts with. But just not this one. And I just added Thephins.com to my Tapatalk two days ago.

For the record I used the mobile site to post this.

Am I the only person having issues connecting to the site with Tapatalk right now? All the other forums I'm on seem to be working Ok, so I don't believe it to be an app issue.

Tried to clear cache, but I just get the trying to connect dialog forever.
