This isn't directly Dolphins - it's Sammy Watkins speaking candidly to reporters about the Bills and what he thinks needs to change.

I'm posting it because I think it's insightful as to the reality of team culture/culture change, coach roles, player responses and player mentality. Lots of little nuggets in here.

I think it can help us understand a little more specifically what the Gase hiring has meant, and could mean, for the Dolphins, and how you take a team with a similar roster, even with injuries, and get so much more out of them.
